Polaris runs its own business on a multi-agent AI platform we designed and built: Claude and OpenAI models, Python services, Postgres, and vector memory. The same engineering goes into client work.
Multi-agent orchestration
A coordinating service schedules and dispatches about ten specialized agents (strategy, social campaigns, lead research and enrichment, outreach, and reply handling) that work together through secured APIs.
Observability and alerting
Every agent reports telemetry to one place. The system audits agent performance, watches for stalls and error spikes, and sends executive alerts to a phone.
Self-improving prompts
When error rates cross a threshold, an AI optimizer rewrites the agents' instructions. A vector memory stores what worked and what didn't, and agents consult it before they write.
Built to fail safely
Health checks and circuit breakers stop calls to AI providers that are down or out of credit, with fallbacks, retries, deduplication, and durable logs. The core services are backed by about 190 automated tests.
